Investigators seized the panel behind a kit that cloned bank and parcel delivery login pages in 23 languages.
The service charged a monthly subscription and supplied templates, hosting and a dashboard to track stolen credentials in real time.
Police in six countries arrested nine people. Seized logs show more than 40,000 phishing campaigns launched through the platform since 2024.
